"My daughter and I went to celebrate our birthday (same day). Everyone from the housekeeping staff in the casino and in the hotel, to the casino staff, check in, customer service and most of the restaurants that we visited were absolutely amazing. All of them made us feel special and made us want to return. I am bragging daily about your wonderful facility. "

"My only critique is the heating inside the hotel, the bad wifi, and no tv service. The hotel was very cold, I even asked the staff if this was normal and was told yes. I had NO wifi and tv service. I tried to connect multiple times to wifi guest with no success. I tried to watch regular tv and i got nothing. I ended up using the Pluto tv app. OTHER than this minor inconveniences, the staff is Awesome, the bar is good, pool was heated which was good, everything is clean and organize. I will come back again in January. "

"It wasn't the most modern room I've stayed in but it was clean and comfortable and quiet. The floors do squeak a little when you walk, but that is part of the charm It is definitely more of an inn than a hotel. We really enjoyed ourselves. My one suggestion would be that the lounge area and the junior suite needs to have a TV on the wall as well"
