"This is an amazing place to stay. My Wife and I stayed here when we visited Hakodate 2 years ago and we couldn’t wait to return. Every single member of the staff is kind, hard working, and helpful, they’re top notch all around. The room was very comfortable and the private onsen for our room was really relaxing. If you do a little walking there are also places to go to eat and even a great little brewery called Endeavour pretty close by. We can’t wait to stay here again the next time we’re in...

The Onsen, could not have been more relaxing, both the private and public ones. The place was spotless as well. It may have been the nicest, fanciest, ritziest place I’ve ever been. "It’s a old ryokan passed it prime time. It’s basically not bad, but is old and run down. Maybe the Covid period made it worse as the condition of the ryokan deteriorated further without upgrades. Service is good. Far away from city center but there’s shuttle bus."
