This hotel is right next to the JR train station. There are many dinning options nearby. The bus terminal and Tram station are in front of the train station. The morning market is just around the corner. I would stay there again for my next visit to the area.

The hotel is near Hakodate train and bus station(You can take bus to HKD). There's morning market in next block of this hotel for seafood. Hakodate does not have underground so taking bus or tram may be easier to get to the attractions. Just be aware of the time. The breakfast is good and good to have in winter time (you don't want to go out in cold winter morning).

The hotel is opposite the JR Hakodate station which is less than 5 mins away. There is also a Tram station towards the right of the hotel's entrance. Extremely convenient location. However the hotel building is a little dated but the rooms are decent.

Great location, comfortable stay.
Location was great as it was near the train station and stone’s throw away from the morning market. We took the room with lounge access and it was convenient to come back to the hotel in the afternoon/night for some coffee, snacks or drinks.
