"The sofa bed was so uncomfortable is was impossible to sleep for more than a few minutes at a time and as soon as I sat on it, the arm fell off, having been glued back on many times. On our last morning there was no hot water available so a day of travelling home with no shower. Reported to the venue but no response."

"The hotel staff were very attentive, especially in the boot room where service was exceptional. Only criticism was the lack of view and the flimsy bath. "

"The hotel staff were exceptional. very friendly and kind and will go to any length to please you. From the front desk to the dining area and ski rental area, all great people with great customer service. Berangere at the front desk was super kind and professional and did everything to make my stay as comfortable as possible. I was very impressed by all their staff. Very close to the slopes, ski in and ski out. Great location, close to everything. Higlly recommend it. "

"The apartment was perfect for the 3 of us. It was actually much bigger than we expected with pretty much everything we needed for the week. Really good communication from the host and in a geeat location for the ski lifts, shops and bars/restaurants.Many thanks"
