"A great location for anybody taking a flight from terminal 3. It’s so close to the BA check- in desks. The rooms have everything you need and the shower is excellent if you want to freshen up. If you are arriving late, the bar and kitchen close at 10pm, so just something to bear in mind. "

"A great night’s stay for many days. Clean, affordable, easy to get to Shinagawa station. Breakfast options are many and varied; always delicious. Front desk in the Annex and Main Tower are stellar and will help you with any problem you may have. Workout room and coin laundry are great. One thing: if you are used to American drying machines, you will need more time to dry your clothes completely."
