"A budget hotel near the Plaza de Armes. The staff were pleasant and friendly. Decent free breakfast. Reasonably quiet. Showers were cool, not sure if we were doing something wrong as we didn’t check with the staff. "When I arrived with a friend I was told that we didn't have a reservation after the woman thought I was the one who booked & cancelled the room. We walked inside to resolve this issue but the place was filled with dogs and excretes. The woman couldn't find our reservation even though I clearly had the confirmation from hotels.com. she was very rude when we tried to leave to find a cleaner hostel. A guy was just staring at us with strange looks from the couch. I would not recommend staying here...
