"Very safe, interior access via a courtyard. Very friendly staff, clean rooms. Walk to the city square in minutes. They also have a upper terrace where motorcycles can be stored if you are trekking on a bike that's locked up. I would definitely stay here again."

"There was a miscommunication on my reservation and what Hotels.com gave me and my cousin and I showed up to the property with single room booked! The hotel was able to adjust our reservation to a double room at no charge - and this was completely my mistake not paying close enough attention at booking.... They were absolutely nothing but kind, caring, and very accommodating! The rooms have a bit of a walk, or some of them you repel into - and it can be a bit treacherous at night. The staff walked us to and from to ensure our safety and showed us the property and amazing views of the sky and Ollantaytambo. I can't want to come back again! "

"We enjoyed our stay here. Relative to the other hotels around, I thought this was a very comfortable stay. Jorge was really helpful and coordinated safe and flexible transport. Bed was comfortable and room was nice. Few notes: 1. Walls are pretty thin, but overall pretty quiet 2. WiFi is incredibly slow, we just used cellular more often than not"

"We reserved 2 rooms for 3 nights. The location of the property is right in the centre of everything! The staff, Ceasar and William were great and were able to adress all our concerns. There are some minor matters that they need to improve. 1. There were no bath/floor Mat in the bathroom. 2. There were no shower cady or even a soap cady in the shower. 3. They only have a pedestal sink, there is no room to put any or the toileries. 4. They need extra towels. We asked for fresh towels and they asked for our old towels and they washed it on that moment. We have to wait for our towels to finish in the wash before we can shower. They return it damp."
