As we had mixed weather this was important. The garden is well maintained too. It is also in a great location if you value being within walking distance of the beach and the various beach bars. "This house in very confusing layout and the electronics for lights, curtains, gates, etc are confusing and difficult to use. The yard is not maintained. Great view of the ocean. This is in a suburban/rural area with no stores or shops near. Only 1/2 of the home was rented to us. b"
