"The room was just about "OK". The surcharge for double occupancy over single occupancy for a double room was unreasonably high. Finally, when we informed the hotel three days in advance that we would NOT be having breakfast on our last morning, they still insisted on charging us for two breakfast, which was very upsetting."

"Ich kann nur das Appartment 3 bewerten. Die Unterkunft ist klein und praktisch eingerichtet. Bad ist neu renoviert. Das Schlafzimmer ist leider sehr klein und das Bett auch nur ca. 1,40m breit. Die "Terrasse" ist leider nur der Durchgangsweg zur nächsten Wohnung. Man hat also keine Privatsphäre. Die Lage ist gut. Ein kleiner Einkaufsmarkt ist direkt nebendran. Zum See läuft man ca. 10 min."

Die Lage ist perfekt: Bad Tölz Zentrum ist in nur 10 Minuten erreichbar und man kann auch super tolle Wanderungen und Spaziergänge direkt von dort starten. "A great apartment and spacious enough for 2 couples and 2 children. A bonus having 2 bathrooms. Lovely views from the balconies and nice and warm and has a washing machine which was greatly appreciated. Easy to walk to the supermarket and shops. The pillows & mattresses however weren’t comfortable at all. Definitely missing a personal touch since it’s a business with multiple apartments, plus some minor touches noticeably missing: no lamps, no bedside tables, no microwave, and getting the TV...
