"We stayed here 4 nights and pretty much loved it. This is a Swedish style B&B; the restaurant rules are so complex that you cook for yourselves. It’s a full kitchen so that’s not hard. The food quantity is huge so you really get supplies for two meals a day. The area is full of medieval churches, Sweden’s biggest wildlife refuge and historic Sigtuna and Uppsala. Room was large with tiny twin beds. My hypersensitive wife insisted the mattress was falling off but we normals wouldn’t...

"LOVELY simple, clean room with great view. It made me calm and the bed was nice and felt good. Loved the flowers in some of the rooms in the castle. The breakfast was ok. A bit boring. The boiled eggs icecold and the scrambled eggs made with pulver. It would have been fantastic to eat the breakfast somewhere else then the celler. But I loved this place. "

"The hotel is located outside the city center, good private parking. When I checked in I was not informed about the free access to the relaxing area (according to one of the other guests, a nice spa area), so I couldn’t use it. The people at the reception where very kind though. The structure of the hotel is (according to me) in need of renovation, everything looks kind of old including the elevator; the room was clean and the bed comfortable.
