"First I’ll start with the positive. The staff we encountered were nice and helpful, the room was beautiful, the place is exactly as pictured, fun and well appointed. My biggest complaint is that when we checked in our check-in paperwork said complimentary breakfast and coffee were available in the green room from 8-10am. "The best part about our stay was the staff. We were warmly greet by Anthony who took care of us immediately, provided information about the hotel's amenities, and local restaurants and shopping. "The staff was polite and very helpful with our needs. The room was clean and the breakfast was great. There were many great restaurants near by and shopping centers. At the time we visited the pool was out of order which I chose for my children but other than that it was a nice experience."

"This ended well, so read through. When we pulled into the lot, there was construction equipment everywhere and a guy sitting outside his room smoking. There is no smoking in the rooms, so that was fine, but it felt like we were pulling into a low income neighborhood. "The room has a clean and updated but retro vibe to it. It’s nice to stay in a place that’s not a chain hotel. It reminds me of places that we stayed in the 70’s (but with modern conveniences) when we traveled as a family. The owners are painting the exterior soon. I hope that they keep the retro feel for the exterior. "

"Overall, I am very happy with my experience here. I went with my wife and 2 children and everyone enjoyed themselves. The hotel property, arcade and the water park were very clean. Our room was clean and spacious. The room had a mini fridge and a microwave, which was convenient for us. All of the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The waterpark is not big but enough for everyone to have plenty of fun."
