"We upgraded to the executive room (car park facing) and were very happy with standard of the room and bathroom, both of which were modern and in excellent condition. Also, despite the warm summer temperature, the room was not stuffy. Things to note are that the check in closes at 10pm and breakfast opens at 7.30am. Breakfast is a la carte only (no buffet option) and there was only one waitress so there could be a bit of a wait. We wish we had known that we could have reserved a table and placed our order the night before. Another couple arrived at 7.30am and and their order was immediately brought out to them. Useful if you are on a tight schedule. "

"We had a wonderful stay whilst attending a concert at Bedford Park. The hotel was in walking distance to Bedford Park and was very well placed for various amenities. The hotel itself is beautifully decorated and clean, we very impressed! The only disappointment was that we were unable to order room service after waiting on hold for 20 mins without anyone picking up the phone. We did use the spa during our stay and it was a lovely relaxing environment with a pool with jets, one sauna and two steam rooms. I would recommend having someone at the desk at check in times as we were waiting for 5-10 minutes before someone came to check us in. I wouldn't visit the hotel for the spa, but it certainly was a nice bonus. Thank you for a lovely stay and I would look to stay here again if travelling to Bedford in the future. "

"Staff were prompt and friendly. We had issues with TV signal and the receptionist immediately came up to resolve the issues. The only issue we had was that the toilet bowl choked and we had to fix it. Didn’t bother the front desk as it was disgusting. "

"I can highly recommend this hotel. Check in was quick, friendly and straightforward. Our room was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was fairly standard for this type of hotel. The only small negative was that the air conditioning was too noisy to be left on during the night."
