The description of the flat notes there is an elevator to the floor but does not make clear that there is a flight of stairs required to get into the flat. This is a problem with those with disability. Some maintenance is needed -- dishwasher drawer, windows that do not close completely, tv missing in bedroom. "Travel connections to everywhere were convenient from this part of Croydon with tons of options for day to day needs like restaurants and groceries. Note that while it's great to be near so much pedestrian-only shopping and a market atmosphere it does mean your taxi cannot come to the door. You do need to be prepared to move your luggage manually about 80 metres to/from a vehicle. "Pros: Communication with the host was easy and efficient. Location was good. Nice to have 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The main living room/lounge was a really nice space. Well stocked kitchen, Cons: It was not very clean (eg clump of hair in the shower drain, all drains were slow to drain, a used towel was crumpled in an armoire, half full water bottle in the entryway) Unable to close and secure window in primary bedroom. "The apartment was very nice and very affordable for the night definitely recommend. I was only there for one night to see a music concert so didn’t use any of the amenities but they all looked in perfect condition as it’s a very well looked after place. "

"Perfect location! Lots of restaurant choices in the neighborhood, great coffee shops nearby. The tube station is a minute away. It was a great area of London to stay."

While the property is in a stunning location it is run down and poorly maintained. For example, the property was advertised as having airconditioning: there were mini units in each room that had ducts connected to the windows. "This place was quite large with a living room that had a nice dining table, full kitchen, next level had two bathrooms, a large room with 2 full beds and lots of storage, and 3 rd level with two twins and a full- great for a large family!
