"This place looks great and good value! I personally never experienced that ! I was left outside in cold and rain unable to gain access as I should have been sent a code or instructions on how to enter. Dispute several calls a pacing around the property i had no response. I was left cold wet and stranded. Left no choice than to find another hotel as close as possible to get a room for the night which I did at twice the cost and another taxi to the new hotel! "This is the third time I have stayed at this hotel and the service is always flawless. A special thank you to the receptionist (I think his name is Punak) for his kindness when I needed it most following a long flight and a cancellation to my connecting flight, I really appreciate it. The only recommendation I would make is to add international channels as the TV is only in German - for an International hotel by the airport, it woukd benefit many others."
