"The ONLY reason they did not get five stars is that it is somewhat chaotic in the am. Housekeepers are milling about and people are toting suitcases down the stairs. Walls are very thin, so I got woken up about 7. But ambience and food and location in regards to arena were excellent! "

"What a great hotel outside the Munich low emission zone but a short walk to the U train tube which made it very convenient and cheap and easy to get to the main tourist attractions. We dealt directly with Catherine before our arrival and she was fabulous and friendly in offering us advice and help. The locality is ideal, with side streets brilliantly warning motorist they're child friendly for kids and games, something the UK could really learn from! "

"Overall had a great stay. Pros: - good breakfast - good downstairs area - Location - bathrooms in family suit was good size - friendly staff Cons - rooms are bit cramped for family (family suit) but assume this may be the case for most hotels near they city - rooms were not cleaned regularly - some days they were attended to some days not ( not sure what the hotel policy for cleaning rooms was)"

"We really enjoyed this hotel! The price was reasonable, the room was clean and comfortable, and amenities were great. We were given the choice to forego daily room cleaning and were given a free drink in the bar for every night we decided not to have the room cleaned. We often forego room cleaning (to save water and resources) and the drink was a great reward for doing so. The breakfast buffet was outstanding, and even included prosseco! A special thanks and recognition to Ibrahim Iman in the bar and Bahre at breakfast. Both went above and beyond and made our stay even more special."
