"The facilities and services are great. Big main Onsen Bath, along with great souvenirs shop & free wine/sake offer to hotel guesses between 5-6pm. Staffs are very polite and fluent in English. Happy with the stay. We enjoy very much. "

"English translation follows. I recently stayed at the Yukai Resort. One issue my group ran into was that there is no wheelchair ramp from outside into the lobby, and we required additional assistance to get into the building. However, everything else was great. The staff are friendly, breakfast and dinner buffets were amazing, the Japanese-style rooms were wonderful, and the onsen and public baths were superb. "My Japanese Mother-In-Law, wife and daughter stayed at the hotel for one night. Through the food and morning buffet was good the room was not in good condition. They notice a rotten smell as well as the washroom was not cleaned very well. They actually changed rooms. Also the futon and bedding should be replaced. "

"這是一家非常有歷史的旅館，很有昭和風情，保存得非常好，房間都是塌塌米鋪床的形式，和式茶几，一個人住空間剛好，方便大行李箱打開，離松江站非常近，旁邊就是7-11，好口碑的各式餐廳都在附近，慢慢散步十分鐘內就可以搭船去看松江城。價格又實惠，實在沒得挑，唯一的缺點是老旅館當然沒有電梯，但是服務人員會幫忙搬行李上下樓，下次還會再來松江，應該還是會選擇這裡。"

"家族5人で1泊しました。目の前が海なのでテラスで素敵な夕日を見ることができました。ただテラスがお隣とも繋がっているのでロフトの寝室が丸見えになるのでカーテンがあれば尚良かったです。必要な物は綺麗にセッティングされてます。コンセントが少なく不自由しましたので延長コードを持参すれば問題ないです。又お世話になりたいです。"
