"Bay Breeze was absolutely beautiful. Nestled in a safe, quiet neighborhood within walking distance of parks and ice cream and downtown. The home is historic with beautiful wood trim. It has an up to date kitchen and lots of room in the house to stretch out and also congregate. I highly recommend it"

"We reallly didn’t fully utilize the property. Family in the area so we were with them. Wasn’t the greatest weather but not the owners fault. It would be my recommendation to fully air condition the place versus 3 units. Bedrooms would get pretty warm at night. Thankful I brought a fan and one was with the place. A few minor things that need fixing - cabinet door fell off and just missed my foot. Ongoing issues with TV but the living room one worked consistently. Batteries missing from...

"This home was beautiful and the perfect size for the 10 of us (5 adults and 5 kids). The kids loved that they had a big room to share with their own beds. If you’re into board games the dinning room table is perfect for them. Also, the yard is a nice size for playing yard games. It is in a nice location because it’s not directly in town but still close enough to town for the convenience."

"We stayed in Bay city for a softball tournament for Fathers Day weekend. There were 3 families and a dog and it felt like there was plenty of room. The house was cute and had lots of sleeping areas for the kids and adults. The owner allowed us to have our team over for a pizza party in the yard and the girls loved lounging back there.
