"Great customer service. Very helpful and supportive to the Navy families arriving for graduation. Despite renovations happening on our floor, the hotel was clean, quiet, and very comfortable. Front desk staff were awesome, breakfast was great, lots of options to eat around the area. Mexican food on Washington in Waukegan is legit! Book it, youll be happy. "

"I was impressed with the condition of the hotel for such an affordable stay. Staff was polite. Our rooms were spotless and well-maintained. I did notice another floor had a large bleach stain on the hall carpet and the doors were mismatched; I wonder if they were updating rooms and the painted doors were those that were done? But didn’t affect us. "

"Excellent cleanliness..Matress super clean without stains or rips..Room was super clean and organized . Had a small refrigerator which needed freon since it wasnt cold enough and a larger wastebasket in the room and bathroom....Will definitely stay again!! "

"Overall my stay was great. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, the room was comfortable and priced wonderfully for the value. The only thing off putting was being surprised about the $100 room deposit upon check-in. Considering it was more than I paid for the room I was shocked but it was manageable and refunded timely. "This is a great value for the price! The lobby and rooms are updated and clean. My only — very minor — issue was that the elevators look outdated, like paint chipping and the metal plate for the elevator buttons being crooked, but overall, it’s a nice hotel and I would definitely stay there again! There’s a Dunkin right next door. A big Japanese supermarket/food court down the street. The location is great."
