"My husband and I brought our toddler out to enjoy a weekend of fishing and cruising in the wildlife management area/Government Ditch. The owner helped fix a payment issue upon booking- which would have been a deal-breaker for our reservation- so we were especially grateful for that! She was also considerate enough to ask us whether or not we'd mind if their maintenance person could stop by to do a quick repair on something on the property during our stay- so kind. The house was located close to the state park, boat ramps, and areas we wanted to explore. The cabin itself had all the necessities and was decorated nicely. We really enjoyed the porch, firepit, and tributary right in the back yard. The dock is located closer to the cabin next door, and was available for use (although we didn't launch or dock there). Unanimous decision from all three of us- would definitely rent again! "
