"The Cottage on Maple was exactly like it is described. The location was perfect for the event my husband was participating in. The house was so clean and charming. The decor is so vintage and appropriate for the house and so many little details. Amy was an amazing host helping us out with a problem my husband had with his flat tire!! "Traveling with 3 small kids and my wife to visit family nearby. The grass was mowed the house was super clean. Everything was comfortable and organized. drawers and cabinets were labeled and well stocked. The owners were very nice and our kids even got the chance to play with their grandkids. Really beautiful farm, we felt like we were staying with family. Do not hesitate, book this place, its affordable and about as good as it gets. Go explore Arkansas! My family will be back soon."

"The house was so nice. The neighborhood was quiet and so close to everything in town you could possibly need. The host had left out snacks and cold drinks in the fridge which our teenagers gladly helped themselves to. We brought our 3 teenage grandkids with us ages 17,16, and 14. Although we only had 3 bedrooms the kids did not complain at all about the large couch and TV in the living room and seemed to really enjoy the space they had. Didn't know what we were suppose to do at checkout, as there is not a list of what to do and we were not messaged by the host. (ex. take off sheets, load dishwasher, take out trash, etc..
