"We did not use the Hotel..due to the problem of carpet...I discovered that carpets are dirty...with stains . I have a servere sinus..so i had to move to another place. "

"I wasn't even able to stay at this hotel because when I arrived, the hotel said they had double booked me. They were rude and unwilling to help me sort it out. Thankfully, I was able to call Expedia and they arranged for me to stay elsewhere during my trip. The Milkwood Mansion is completely unorganized and the management is very unpleasant to deal with. I would not recommend it."

"The Oyster Box is exceptional. The Grill offers wonderful dining with great value overseen by George and his team who always offer first rate service with pinache and style and the bossa nova singer provides the perfect accompaniment . The spa staff are lovely and offer amazing treatments Still my favourite hotel . "

Excellent hotel for special occasion

"We celebrated our 25th wedding anniversary at the Beverly Hills Hotel. Check-in was friendly and easy. Our suite was gorgeous, with a big seating area, two balconies, and a comfy bed with luxurious linens. We were spoilt rotten during our entire stay. Breakfast was delicious. This is a great recommendation if you are celebrating a special occasion. Well done, Beverly Hills. Thank you for making us feel special."
