"On this website this hotel is a PET FRIENDLY property. We booked a Pet Friendly room but upon arrival were told the room we booked was not pet friendly. They wanted us to move to a much smaller room which we refused to do. They then told us that we would not be allowed in the dining or bar area with our puppy and if we wanted to order anything we would have to stay in our room and order room service. To get to this property you have to drive through an unsavoury area, we could not risk driving...

"The place was generally in good keep including the room, except behind the curtains. Spiders had spun their webs everywhere resulting in us having to ask the reception desk for spray to kill them, so this was a big no no to housekeeping. Dining area staff seemed absent minded throughout the four days there. Tranquil and refreshing overall although I found myself wishing that I had booked into a mainstream hotel on several occasions."

"Days at Sea is a lovely hidden gem, if you're looking for a little romance this is the place to be! The staff are super efficient, friendly and go beyond the call of duty to assist you with any need you require. The food is incredibly delicious and the chef is hands on. Being a small establishment, the staff become your friends and so do the other guests. We truly enjoyed our stay here and would come back for another little get away another time. It is not very wheelchair friendly however, but...
