"Although this hotel may not be the newest one on the block, the facility and cleanliness were excellent. But what I was impressed with was the staff members' professionalism and helpfulness. They went above and beyond to help me whenever I had questions. The hotel also comes with an excellent restaurant. Their lunch and desserts are great. If I come back to Kochi, I will stay here again. Thank you very much for making my business trip comfortable and enjoyable. "

"The rooms are nice, and the breakfast is lovely. The staff were very polite and professional. My husband and I were 10 minutes late checking out because I was having a critical blood sugar low (type one diabetic), however the staff were every good about it. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay!"

"This was one of my ultimate Onsen destination for a long time. I read an article about this place being one of the top 5 go-to-onsen not only for Japanese and Onsen lovers all over the world as you need to operate cable car down to the below Iya Valley to enjoy outside onsen with spectacular views. I enjoyed both male and female side in 2 days and I was simply overwhelmed by the scenery. Only down side was the water is not hot enough as it is a naturally flowing onsen water without heating up....

"Location is a bit far from the central station but extremely easy to reach using the local tram cars. Beds are simple, clean, and comfortable. Laundry machines are available and cheaper than at other places I've stayed. Free breakfast and dinner are a nice perk. Staff are incredibly friendly and can speak English as well. This was a very nice experience and I will definitely stay here again if I have the chance to return to Kochi."

"The hotel is conveniently located close to Kochi Castle & Hirome Market. Great buffet breakfast featuring specialty foods of Kochi. All the staff here provided exceptional service. "Ten-ippou hut was spacious, clean, and beautiful. Though we only stayed a night, it is well-eppuippdd for long stays, given you pick up groceries prior to arriving. Acessibility to the general area is a bit of a challenge. The kitchen has all necessities plus more. The bath is good-sized with all toiletry basics, laundry space with separate toilet/bidet. There is a spare toilet/bidet on the living room side. Has sprawling living area and spare front room. Both have magnificent mountain/valley,...

A perfect stay with a private bay

"This was the most perfect stop on our trip from Kochi City to Tokushima City. A clean, spacious and comfortable room with all the amenities we needed. The highlight was the private bay, where my son and I kicked the soccer ball around and waded in the water. The freshly prepared breakfast was excellent, particularly the homemade An Pan. We wished we could have stayed another night to explore the local area more. We hope to visit again one day, it was lovely to be in nature after travelling the cities. Thank you for a lovely stay. "
