But, rather than serving hefty chunks of meat (or whatever vikings traditionally ate) alongside the excellent beer brewed on the premises, the menu presented a good selection of tasty dishes incorporating local ingredients. Our meal was a great way to end a day in which we’d traveled the beautiful fyord by electric ferry and chillaxed on our balcony, enjoying the view of this incredible location. "
