"Very nice view wish we stay longer"

"Superb location overlooking lake and directly connected to train station, bus station and gondola. Nice sized room with a sofa next to window. The electronic window blinds would open/close at random times though! Had buffet in the restaurant which had a good selection. Large comfortable bed and plenty of storage space. Large bathroom and nice shower."

"Location, the hotel and staff were great however the first night, the temperature in the room was approx 26oC due to fault with the heating, so we had to sleep with the windows open. Reported to reception, but they couldn't do anything until maintenance came in the morning. The following day, there was no hot water for the shower and then this happened every morning until we left. Occasionally it came through, so we had to have a very quick shower."

"Very unique location just steps away from the fjord. Majestic views! Easily walkable to restaurants,etc. We rented kayaks from the hotel so really convenient. "

"The location of the hotel was great as was the view from the room. The dinner menu was limited but quality was good, however breakfast was very bad and the coffee was burnt. We were in the junior suit, it was a large room, but the furniture was dated, the room and the bathroom were not clean. There was no soap in the dispensers and no paper napkins/tissue. The hotel was understaffed and that did affect the service, since there was no housekeeping or room service. Overall an average hotel over priced for the quality being offered. "

"Cabins are near the water. Clean. Towels and linen provided. Reception staffs were helpful and easy to deal with. Common toilets and showers are well kept. Common kitchen equipped with plates pans etc. "
