"Staff were courteous and rooms were clean. Our bathroom door lock didn't work, forgot to tell them. Not a big deal though. Property is in a convenient location for shopping, food and other options. You can also drive to either sides of the attractions in the Maui from here. Very close to the airport and that makes it easier on the first and last day of your trips. "This is a gem of a resort. On the most fabulous beach, Napili Bay. I can't imagine a better location to enjoy Hawaii. The room was a bit dated, but the proximity to the beach and the ability to get to the beach just steps away is hard to beat. Be sure to eat at the Beach House restaurant at Napili Kai resort just a short walk down the beach. We were in the lower section of rooms which are closer to the beach and have the best views."

"Our stay was amazing! I can’t say enough great things about the accommodations and the staff. The only thing I had a hard time with was the valet parking. The constant in and out every time you just want to stop by for an hour to change for dinner or something is a hassle with dropping the car off and requesting it again.
