Property is in a great location for Ulsan- we were easily able to get to Ulsan Stadium for a match as well as to Ilsan Beach within 20mins. "I ve heard a lot of this hotels and stayed a night for the first time and immediately noticed that it s a franchise from Japan, you can literally feel yourself in japanese style which is great, everything like small but you can find everything you need, they have breakfast included which is another great thing to stay here. I think i will stay in this chain in the future because they have some hotels in major cities 👍"

"The hotel is good value for money and located in the downtown area of Ulsan city. Good restaurants and pubs are nearby. The only controversial point is the fact that the reception(check-in) desk is located right in front of the elevators, so you have to see and say hello to staffs every time you go back to your room. "Fantastic views to the river from our room. The bed was comfortable but there were no chairs to sit on only a tiny stool to sit on. The room has small kitchenette but no utensils, no dishes and nothing else. My elderly mother was with me. She spent lots of time on the bed. The room came with two pillows so I asked two extra pillows for my elderly mother so she can seat more comfortably against the headboard. I was a little surprised they changed me $10.00 for two extra pillows . Not a nice...

"No parking space even if they said parking available. Find your parking by urself. Rude staff. First they will give you the worst condition room, if you are shy/adjustable then you wont complain. "The lady at the front seat was so friendly and very helpful. She changed my room twice and checked with me to see if I was happy with the third room that she gave me. I changed rooms because I specifically booked a room with a bathtub. I first checked that the air jets from the jacuzzi were working. The two rooms I was given at first were not satisfactory and she was more than happy to change the rooms for me. The third room I got was good. The floor heating in that room was not working...
