When we first arrived, our booking was lost, but when it was found, it had said the booking was cancelled. We were a little concerned that we might not have a room, however the woman working in the office was very quick to find us a room which matched our booking. She was pleasant to us whenever we left the hotel or returned. We didn't hear anything about continental breakfast, or if we could take part in it, even though it was right by the front desk, so I'd recommend other people ask about it. We luckily had many close options for brunch in Ulsan, so we didn't need it. The cleaning staff were impeccable, as everything was straightened up and organized everyday. Our room was incredibly nice to return to, with good duvets and pillows, as well as the nice service items in the room (coffees, teas, water bottles, and all the soaps). The location was close to the river park, near bus lines, and we didn't have to walk too much to find food or markets. This place was a great hotel for the money, and we were able to see many of the sights we wanted to see by walking or a short bus ride. Also, they had their own punch card system, so you can earn your own free stay here after staying so many times, definitely something to look into if you travel to Ulsan often.
