"Our room was huge! We were upgraded to a suite so we had more than ample room to stretch out. Bed was comfy and bathroom well-appointed (no skimping on the marble, that's for sure.) However, although they've made efforts to keep things up, the carpet was in pretty sad condition to the point I felt reluctant to put anything clean on the floor. "We had two people staying in the room and they never gave us two towels without us calling to ask for them! When my wife went to check out, she asked for a late check out and they said OK and then when we were leaving, they kind of lost it in the system Also the shower system in the bathroom is ridiculous. We could never get the curtain to keep from rubbing against us. The gym was good and the restaurant was good and everybody was really friendly and nice and I would stay there again, but it...

"Good location for walking around city center. Breakfast very average. Most of the hot food was barely warm"

"Rooms smelled like smoke, bathroom was not clean - one of our rooms had a broken faucet and leaky toilet. Checking in was weird, staff didn't give me a key or tell me the room number just the floor and when I got there another staff told a local man what room, no wifi code etc. Later on I went back to the front desk the staff was helpful though. But since there was a holiday the restaurant incl. room service was unavailable with little eating options nearby."
