"We loved the house for it's space and location. It's really well equipped with very comfortable beds. Plenty of room for three families with teenagers. The games room and hot tub were thoroughly enjoyed! Huge kitchen to socialise and cook easily in. Cosy lounge for chilling out. Lovely to have dog bed, bowls, treats etc provided. We enjoyed being able to stroll around Matlock. It was perfect, and we hope to return! "

"Superb trip from start to finish. Marylyn the host was excellent from the moment we booked the trip until the minute we left the property. Nothing was too much trouble and the property was amazing and even better than the photos suggest. We will definitely be returning and would recommend this property to anyone looking for a great house with excellent facilities, amazing views in a great location. "

"The property was clean, stylish and comfortable. It is located in the highly convenient area where you can easily access Aldi, Waitrose, asian supermarket and everyone's favourite the Moor market! I love that there are lots of bedrooms that we can use for different purposes. If you use the floor heating in the dining kitchen in addition to the main heating, you can stay warm. The host was always friendly and eager to help guests."

"Cottage was clean and well presented with lots of extra touches. Netflix was a bonus! Unfortunately the management company let down the whole experience. Security deposit required prior to releasing check in information, and we emailed them when we found a mouse in the property but they failed to respond. Also the cleaner was waiting for us to leave which wasn’t great! Parking is limited but luckily we found a space on arrival. Dog friendly but be aware no enclosed yard and dogs are not...
