The partially renovated structure, with completion of the works at the end of May 2015. In the countryside far from the traffic even if 500 meters from the town center. Very close to the tourist services, 2 pizzeria restaurant, bus stop, supermarket. 3 km from the sea otranto, Porto Badisco. Large garden with swimming pool sunbeds and umbrellas, in the lawn sofas for moments of relaxation, barbecue, availability of washing machine, phono, available wi-fi, the apartment is air conditioned. Provided with bed linen, bathroom, and kitchen. Private and covered parking space for each apartment. I am always available for any information.

Sehr gepflegte Anlage netter Kontakt sehr empfehlenswert, well kept area, nice contact, recommended
Wir (4 Erwachsene) hatten entspannte 2 Wo, sehr netter Kontakt mit Giovanna, alles unkompliziert, absolut Empfehlenswert, Sprachschwierigkeiten löste translater; täglich sehr gepflegte Anlage incl. Pool, carport für schattiges Abstellen (Auto ist ein muss), Kücheneinrichtung Basic aber OK, kochten fast täglich, Einkaufsgelegenheit und Pasta“Fabrik“ in Gehentfernung. Schöne Jogging und Wanderrouten in Umgebung (kl. Nebenwege/ -Straßen). Uggiano selbst eher sachlich (nicht unüblich dort) aber nette Menschen. Meer und weitere Umgebung bietet vieles, wenn nicht alles.... We (4 adults) had relaxed 2 wk, very nice contact with Giovanna, all uncomplicated, absolutely recommended, language difficulties solved translater; Daily very well-kept area including pool, carport for shady parking (car is a must), kitchen facilities basic but OK, cooked almost daily, convenience store and pasta "factory" in walking distance. Beautiful jogging and hiking trails in the area (small byways / roads). Uggiano itself rather factual (common there) but nice people. The sea and the surrounding area offers much, if not everything ....

Che bella vacanza!!!!!!!!
Abbiamo soggiornato nel bilocale del Residence da Augusto le due settimane centrali di agosto. L'appartamento è curato, pulitissimo, con tutto quello che serve per una confortevole permanenza. Il giardino con piscina è meraviglioso, curato nei dettagli, con un comodissimo barbecue per cenette all'aperto, piante di fichi sotto le quali ci si può godere un po 'di fresco venticello salentino comodamente stesi su una deliziosa amaca... veramente bello rientrare dalla spiaggia e potersi rilassare con un tuffo in piscina, che è utilizzabile sempre, anche di notte!!!! Giovanna, la proprietaria è una persona squisita, dolce, sempre disponibile a consigliarti le spiagge, i ristoranti, sagre e perchè no un meccanico di fiducia per risolvere qualche inconveniente con la macchina, tutto questo senza essere mai invadente.. per il compleanno di nostra figlia ha allestito, con l'aiuto del figlio, il nostro pergolato con palloncini e festoni rendendo un giorno speciale ancora più speciale... grazie di cuore! Consiglierei a tutti questo Residence per la bellezza, per l'amore che Giovanna dedica a questo posto e ai suoi ospiti, per la posizione (a pochi chilometri da Otranto, vicino a strade a veloce percorrenza per potere facilmente raggiungere spiagge e non solo) per tutte le sagre paesane veramente tipiche dei paesini circostanti e perchè due settimane in questo posto ci hanno fatto staccare completamente la testa dalla routine quotidiana.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung
Die Wohnung und die Anlage sind schön und angenehm. Pool und Garten sind sehr gepflegt. Die Vermieterin ist sehr entgegenkommend und hilfsbereit. Der Ort bietet alle Einkaufsmöglichkeiten Supermarkt, Apotheke, Post, .. und ist sehr nett. Herrliches Eis an jeder Ecke. Nur die Küche der Wohnung ist nicht besonders ausgestattet.

Ottima sistemazione e mare da favola
Sistemazione ottima, appartamento pulito , la piscina a disposizione, ombrelloni, barbecue ed una padrona di casa (Giovanna) disponibile, simpatica e che ti fa sentire a casa. La posizione è perfetta per raggiungere le spiagge più belle del Salento, le scegli a seconda del vento e sei vicino al mare più bello dell'adriatico. Consigliato a tutti, rapporto qualità-prezzo eccezionale.

Relax e comfort
Grazie alla sua posizione defilata, il residence garantisce silenzio e relax assoluti. Non manca nulla, dalla piscina, ai lettini, all'amaca. Di qualsiasi cosa possiate avere bisogno non avrete che da rivolgervi a Giovanna, la gentilissima proprietaria, coadiuvata dal simpatico Lucio, che ci ha fatto scoprire le gustosissime "sagne", un tipo di pasta fatta a mano, ottima con i sughi. L'ambiente è piacevole e l'atmosfera familiare. Sicuramente consigliato a chi ama la pace e la tranquillità.

Fantastica!
Abbiamo conosciuto questo posto fantastico quasi per caso, lo abbiamo visto migliorare di anno in anno e ne siamo innamorati. Deliziosi appartamenti pulitissimi e accessoriati in tutto, un giardino curato (bellissime le lampade appese agli alberi), piscina attrezzata con lettini e ombrelloni, barbecue (sempre fornito di legna per fantastiche grigliate), parcheggio, tutto nella tranquillità più completa ma a 5 minuti di passeggiata dal centro del paese. Qualsiasi necessità si abbia Giovanna, con l'aiuto di Lucio, è sempre pronta a soddisfarla con competenza e discrezione e sempre col sorriso sulle labbra. Grazie Giovanna per aver reso anche questa vacanza indimenticabile! alla prossima estate!!!

GRAZIE GIOVANNA PER LA MERAVIGLIOSA VACANZA
Appena arrivati ci ha subito colpito la bellezza del posto ma soprattutto la gentilezza di Giovanna, un persona direi quasi unica nel suo genere, ci ha accolti con grande disponibilità, ma soprattutto la sua gestione impeccabile, locali, giardino, e piscina sempre pulitissimi, a tal proposito mi sembra doveroso salutare Lucio che collabora insieme a Giovanna, affinchè tutto sia in perfetto ordine, sempre presenti ma mai invadenti, quel tipo di presenza che ti rassicura, e poi il surplus, il giorno del compleanno di mia moglie, Giovanna le ha regalato un mazzo di fiori è ha contribuito ad una sorpresa che le ho fatto, quando parli con lei ti risponde "E' il mio lavoro" questo non è lavoro è passione per quello che si fà cosa che tanti non hanno nel suo settore e purtoppo non si impara!! Per il resto hai tutto a portata di mano mare stupendo, posti incantevoli, che altro aggiungere è il top, consigliatissimo anche se vorrei che rimanesse il nostro angolo di paradiso........(saluti da Claudia)

Relax, confort, pulizia e gentilezza
Appena partiti e già ci mancano questi piccoli appartamenti ma estremamente confortevoli e completamente equipaggiati e puliti. Giovanna, la proprietaria, veramente sempre a disposizione, simpatica e gentile, tanto da far trovare frutta e bibite in frigo all'arrivo. La piscina è veramente pulita (pulizia quotidiana) e sempre a disposizione anche di notte! Abbiamo girato parecchio raggiungendo i posti più belli in auto in poco tempo. Una bella vacanza, un bel ricordo: grazie davvero!

Un oasi di pace a un passo da Otranto
Per il secondo anno siamo tornati da Giovanna una persona meravigliosa .....sempre disponibile ad ascoltare qualsiasi problema si presenti.....nella casa non manca nulla ....il giardino e la piscina sono il punto forte della casa ci si può rilassare nei lettini o fare un bel bagno e alla sera dei meravigliosi barbecue........

Relax a bordo piscina
Monolocale pulito e confortevole, situato in una zona strategica a pochi minuti dalle zone più belle del salento. Piscina pulita e accessibile a qualsiasi orario, ideale per chi ha voglia di relax senza confusione. Nei paraggi c'è un market e una pizzeria raggiungibili a pochi passi, ma per le altre attività e per raggiungere la spiaggia piu' vicina bisogna spostarsi con la macchina. Proprietari gentilissimi e molto disponibili. Consigliata

è il top, una vacanza da sogno!!!
Questa struttura è a dir poco eccezionale, i locali sono pulitissimi e molto funzionali e la piscina è bellissima, pulita e soprattutto accessibile agli ospiti a qualsiasi ora e questo ci ha permesso di fare dei rilassanti bagni in tarda serata che non hanno prezzo. Attenzione però, la piscina sotto casa è un collante, quasi non ti vien voglia di uscire e vedere posti nuovi, tanto che si sta bene in questa struttura. Ma di posti da vedere ce ne sono eccome, oltre ad essere un posto fantastico, questa casa è in una posizione strategica: Uggiano La Chiesa permette di raggiungere in poco tempo tantissimi luoghi (spiagge e non) tra cui cito quelli che secondo me bisogna assolutamente vedere: Porto Badisco, Laghi Alimini (soprattutto la Baia dei Turchi e la Spiaggia Azzurra), Otranto, Santa Cesarea Terme, Castro Marina (vedere la grotta di Zinzulusa), Torre dell'Orso, Roca Vecchia (tuffarsi dalla Grotta della Poesia, una delle 10 piscine naturali più belle del mondo), Torre Sant'Andrea, San Foca e con qualche km in più si può raggiungere persino Santa Maria di Leuca e Pescoluse (ad un'ora max di distanza).Di sera da vedere Otranto, Lecce, Maglie, Melendugno, Castro Marina e qualsiasi paesino nei dintorni allietato da feste popolari (sagre, pizzica e taranta). Bhè che dire allora? Una vacanza straordinaria grazie alla bellissima struttura ma soprattutto grazie a Giovanna e Maria che sono gentilissime e disponibilissime e hanno fatto di tutto per rendere la nostra vacanza perfetta. L'unico serio rischio? Non voler più andare via !!!
