"Beautiful place, located in the centre, within a few mins walk of multiple restaurants, bars, cafes, monkey forest and Ubud Palace - the vibrant heart and hustle and bustle of town. The staff was exceptional, with Prima taking care of us like a mother hen. Very large facilities with extensive personal bodily care options and facilities. Will go back there!"
