"Very clean room, the cleaning staff did a fantastic job and making the room very comfortable. Towels changed regularly, nice room with TV and netflix access. The only reason we scored 3 is due to the fact that we slept very poorly due to very loud noise. The hostel guests slept on top of our room and we could hear everything from the room upstairs and outside the room. For example every conversation in the courtyard felt as though it was taking place in the room and sadly it happened repeatedly...

"Undoubtedly the BEST, most friendly service you could encounter. Gabby made us feel at home - helped us check in early, made us coffee and food and helped us to navigate Valladolid like a local. We constantly had great useful tips we followed from food to activities, all perfect! Our room was very tidy and comfortable, A/C worked perfectly and room stayed cool even when we were out. "The village of Uayma is small and friendly with a gorgeous colonial church restored about 15 years ago. This property is directly across from the church with a magnificent view. The photos do not do justice to the detail and care that clearly went into restoring this hotel. The craftsmanship is truly a work of art. We spent Christmas here and felt we were living in a palace."

"The owner was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were perfect :) had everything you needed. There was also a closeline out the back door for drying clothes that was really handy (And hammock hooks in the room which was cool). The yard is beautiful and has tons of greenery, birds and gheckos. Frida Kahlo the cat that lives there is very friendly and cute. :) The door also had multiple lock options and felt very safe, and the property was only a 10 minute walk from the city center. "
