"The house is beautiful and spacious. It had everything we needed and then some. My daughter enjoyed the pool as well as using the kayaks to explore. The adults spent most of our time on the huge porch enjoying the water views. The property is very quiet, so if you are looking for a secluded getaway this is the one for you. Communication from the owner was excellent and she was very helpful. Highly recommended and hope to stay here again!"

"Our stay was wonderful. Cottage is beautiful and so close to the ocean. The view from the screened porch was breathtaking. I was very impressed how clean and organized the cottage was. Anything we needed was there plus extra touches: s'mores kit, popcorn etc. I can go on and on. Communication with the manager was great, response to any questions were answered immediately. "We loved UpYonda! Erin and Mark are so nice and easy to communicate with. The home is beautiful and there really is everything you need there. The suite upstairs is beautiful and huge!! The view of the water is amazing and the wildlife was stunning. We saw a fox, Blue Heron and got video of an Otter rolling around in the snow on the dock! The stargazing is fantastic and we made a snowman. We loved it. "
