"This motel was great ..Nice and quiet with a clean pool in a private area . The owner at the front dest was very friendly and informative - giving me clear instructions on how to open the gate and return the key when I left early in the morning. I felt safe in the motel as there is a big gate at the front, so only motel patrons can access the grounds . The motel is a 5 min walk to the local coach stop . "Overall facilities are great for families, pool, outdoor area and walkable shops. The rooms itself could do with a bit of an update and didn’t love between the bedroom and bathroom is just shutters, and the bathroom door is shutters, but otherwise has everything you need. "

"I booked my stay over 3 months prior to arriving and after driving 1200klm I found that they had cancelled my booking through Wotif even though I was assured that NO CONFIRMATION was required. There was actually something large happening in Tweed Heads as we checked 11 other facilities and they were all fully booked. The staff offered NO assistance at all and made out that we hadn't booked but I showed them my Wotif confirmation and all he said was - I have no booking. Wotif should drop this...

"Just spent our family Christmas at this fabulous property and location - loved it! 18 of us plus 1 infant in 3 x 3 bedroom apartments. Helpful, friendly staff also. We’d very happily return for a future getaway. "

"The bed was so comfortable, the shower was the best I've had staying in motels/hotels as I can remember back or ever as the pressure & shower head was perfect!! So water "leaking" from onto the floor too easy getting in & out without the risk of slipping."
