The staff were not only efficient but also very warm and welcoming. We had booked a standard room but were pleasantly surprised with an upgrade to a loft-style room due to availability. They even accommodated our early check-in request, which we really appreciated after a long journey. The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Munich."
