"I stayed two nights and would stay again. It is a nice BnB; Pat is super friendly and helpful. Broadway is a fairly busy street, so it’s best to close windows at night for noise. But once I did that it was totally quiet enough. I stayed in mid October and was quite fine not having air conditioning. The owner is slow to respond to concerns and seemed disinterested in making things right. No garage opener so you are running in and out to close the garage door and lock up to leave.
