"Great getaway place. Got some bad weather the first couple of days but the owner was more than helpful, offering his own storm shelter if things took a turn for the worse. Overall a great experience and not too far from the hub bub of Hochatown and Broken Bow if you wanted to get out. Will visit again without a doubt. "

"My husband and two children and I love camping and being outside. This little river getaway was perfect for us with our 5-year-old and 2-year-old. They loved fishing on the river, searching for seashells on the banks, playing in the dirt and water, making food and smores in the fire pit, hiking, and playing with Poppy the dog and the sweet cats that roamed the property. The cabin was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. There's a comfortable bed in the room and our 5-year-old slept on the pull out couch while our 2-year-old slept in a pack-and-play that we brought. There would have been plenty of room for her on the pull-out-couch too if she would have stayed there. Access to the river is easy. There are beautiful hikes within a few minutes and access to town amenities if needed just 10 minutes away. We would definitely go here again!"

If you love nature and stepping away, this property was a great way to unplug and enjoy nature. Lots of woods behind the house to explore, a pretty little stream along the property and plenty of front yard for kids to play! We loved it!"

"The stay was great super quiet. Although on the floor I was on there was no daily housekeeping. In front of on of the doors you can tell they was doing renovations because there was paint chips in the same spot all weekend. Front desk personal was amazing, very welcoming and helpful. "
