Definitely not looking to complain, the stay was adequate; but for what I paid, I expected MUCH better.
The room smelled like mildew and was really damp feeling in the pillows, the room door took 30 to 50 attempts to open every single time and the front desk just told me to lift up on the door handle ( didn't work) and other guests would walk by and say " oh yours does that too," like it was an ongoing issue with all the rooms, the room was not clean; hairs under the toilet seat, dirt in the caulk line if the tub, the carpet had dirt, etc, and the pool skimmer seemed to be broken because the water was completely covered full of bugs and various leaves, also the spa was shut down.
I could have went to the next door hotel and save $50 on my stay there and I wish I did.
