"Very nice manager ( we communicated only on WhatsApp ) ,a closed big garden given a lot of privacy- which was super important for us as we had dogs ) . Appartment very nicely arranged and very god equipped. Nice beds and sheets. Hot water. The only exception is cleanning - appartment needs to be properly clean, the lamps, walls, corners etc. are dirty. Otherwise - we were very happy to stay there, especially as dogs owners. "

"Op de dag van aankomst zat het echtpaar Prevost ons al aan de straatzijde op te wachten. Ze toonden zich zeer vriendelijk en gastvrij. De vakantiewoning bleek netjes te zijn met een zeer complete inrichting. De tuin, een voormalige boomgaard was riant qua afmeting. Wat een ruimte! Het slaapkamerraam bleek defect te zijn. Verder was er geen Wifi beschikbaar. Niettegenstaande dit laatste hebben we een heerlijke week gehad. Louis en Jolanda"

"The property is great and feels very homely. The location was perfect for us as a family with a 5 year old. Quiet but only a short walk into town. Lovely bakery right across the road too. Overall stay was fantastic, highly recommend. "

"The property is wonderfully located in Honfleur and the beautiful town is just a short walk away. Parking can be a little tricky in the street, so expect a short walk unless you are super lucky. Communication with the host was always prompt and very easy. We loved our few days here."

"Ms. Tricot's house is really large, well functioning and yet stylish and cosy. The master bedroom at 2. floor provides a magnificent view over the beach and "the planks" of Deauville. We were 6 persons of 3 generations, who really enjoyed our stay in spite of the changing weather. The 2 bathrooms plus a a separate WC makes things easy. "Immaculate property set in a quiet location in the old town. Entrance off the street was tricky until you get used to it. The photos and description do not indicate that the property is on two floors with the bedroom and bathroom on the first floor."

"POSITIVES: Excellent location, even though NOWHERE NEAR where Vrbo shows on the map. Excellent shops, markets, supermarket close - plus beach reasonably near. Excellent mattresses and good bed linen & towels. Nice small garden for small children. NEGATIVES: We had to clean the house on arrival. Main shower and main toilet seat need maintenance. Hot water runs out even with no baths. Very cheap kitchen units. Even cheaper & unstable dining table. 4 working dining chairs for 8 people plus 1...

"After being unsuccessful at booking in Etretat, I am so glad we booked this lovely house in Yport. We visited Etretat by bus, and were delighted that we opted for quiet and beautiful Yport. The toilet is only located on the main floor, but this was a small matter when compared to the lovely surroundings. Parking the car was a bit tricky but unfortunately we ended up with a large car - I would definitely pick something easier to manoeuver next time."
