"Good points:- Location, 5 minutes walk to the beach. Inexpensive in February. Plenty of bars and restaurants nearby. Free on street parking. Pet friendly. Short drive to Garrucha and Mojacar. Points to improve on:- Sofa bed (used as a sofa) was like sitting on a thinly cover pallet, very uncomfortable. If you have a dog that likes to bother cats, this is the place for them. There are cats everywhere. The on site restaurant and shop not open until May. No toiletries in the room. Soundproofing...

"Hotel sucio, no te daban ni jabon de manos, llegamos a las 00 de la noche y no pudimos ni ducharnos. Sangre en 1 de las sabanas y sucio en general. Nos dieron 1 papel higienico como cortesia....si gastabas mas de 1 tenias que comprarlos"

"Nice buffet selection food overall but having paid for meal I did I not think I need to pay for water or some drinks of course not including alcoholic beverages . Every place I've being when paying for all inclusive meals water and cold drinks always included , they only included juices and te or coffe for breakfast not dinner"

"Was only one night but would really be good for a family holiday. No comfortable chairs to sit on in either room or balcony but overall satisfied. A bit further Along the sea front than we thought so had to use car to go out. "

"We turned up expecting a comfortable apartment based on 3 star rating and wow!, absolutely shocking from the start. Went to the so called lobby? It was a room with a bar type desk. The man in a sweaty t shirt gave me the key and off I toddled to the room. First impressions set the tone and walked up to the first floor dodging the broken tiled stairs and into the apartment. Pictures will tell the story but the mixer tap in the bathroom only ran hot, no plugs and the toilet brush was horrible....

"Great location adjacent to the naturist beach and close to restaurants. Apartment accomodation. We had difficulty finding access to the property on arrival as the office is inside the facility and not accessible without telephoning the manager on arrival. Enjoyed the stay and would stay there again."
