"Hello, i stayed at this hotel Thursday-Monday. They charged me $40 bucks for a Towel because i have red in my hair, i spend close to $600 to stay there. I am a very clean person, I Hung up everything to dry etc. If this is in their policies, they should OFFFER Secondary options for situations like this or compromising in a better manner! "The place was really perfect for my needs. Is a fully set up apartment and very clean. The one disappointing thing about it was I rented it for 3 weeks but was called back to work a week early so only needed it for 2 weeks. I asked for a credit for the week as I would be returning the following month. There was no negotiation and no refund or credit was given. I would have rented it consistently but due to this policy I won’t be returning. "

"We stayed here as part of a sports team instead of at a hotel. This house easily accommodated 4 adults and 4 kids (11-12 years) along with all of our gear. The house is brand new- still with the brand new smell. Fridge was pristine. Check in and communications with the owner was easy- she quickly responded to any questions I had. We will absolutely do this again!"

"Hosted a surprise 50th birthday party for my husband this weekend! The house was clean, welcoming, spacious and the beds were so comfortable. We played ping pong, had hot tubs, enjoyed the beautiful sun on the deck, BBQ’d our steaks. It was awesome. We had such a good time, we want to make it an annual event with our friends.
