1. Garbage Disposal: Please ensure that all garbage is disposed of properly in the designated bins outside the house. Recycling guidelines are provided, so kindly separate recyclables accordingly.
2. Garbage Collection: The Black Cart will be collected biweekly on Tuesdays. The Green Cart will be collected biweekly on Wednesdays. The Blue Cart will be collected weekly on Wednesdays. The bins are in the driveway. Please roll the bins in the street during its scheduled pick up.
3. No Shoes Indoors: To maintain a clean and comfortable environment, we kindly request that guests remove their shoes upon entering the house. Shoe racks are provided at the entrance for your convenience.
4. Quiet Hours: We value a peaceful atmosphere for all guests. Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 9 am. Please be respectful of your neighbors during these times.
5. Check-In and Check-Out: Check-in time is anytime after 4 PM and check-out time is at 10 am.
Early check-in or Late checkouts are subject to a 50$/hour fee and is subject to availability.
If you require early check-in or a late checkout, please let us know in advance, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
6. No Parties or Events: Our property is in a quiet and family-friendly neighborhood. No parties or events are allowed on the premises. Please respect our neighbors' peace and privacy.
7. No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside and outside the house. Any remnants or smell left behind will result in a $500 fine charged to your Airbnb.
8. No Pets Allowed: We have a strict no-pets policy in our property. Please refrain from bringing any pets onto the premises. If you are traveling with a service animal, please inform us in advance so that we can make necessary arrangements.
9. Guest Limit: The maximum number of guests allowed is 8. Please do not exceed this limit. All guests must be registered in advance.
10. Respect the Property: We take pride in our home; please treat it with care and respect. Any damages or missing items such as furnishings, furniture, will be charged to the guest responsible.
11. Security: Always lock the doors and windows when leaving the property, and ensure the property is secure during your stay.
12. Our listing is suitable for toddlers and children under 12.
13. Illegal substances are strictly prohibited on the premises. You will be asked to leave with no refund.
14. Please DO NOT take towels home after your stay. Any missing towels will be charged to your account
15. Please do not have any mail, packages, or documents sent to our property. If you require something of this nature during your stay inquire with us first.
16. Please do not eat on the bed. Our kitchen is equipped with basic essentials and has enough space for dinning.
17. Please make sure to clean or load all your dishes to the dishwasher with dish detergent before leaving the house.
18: IMP to note:
For a stay of 20 days and more, we require an additional mid-stay clean of ($290).
19.If there is snow during your stay, please be courteous and shovel the snow at the front and sidewalk portion of the house.
20. No heavy appliances, including but not limited to portable or window air conditioners, are allowed to be installed on the property. If you need an air conditioner, you must get prior approval from the host. If approved, there is an additional charge of $100 per night per air conditioner, which you agree to pay on top of the booking amount.
21. Due to some past incidents of misuse (like some guests mixing baking soda in salt), we no longer provide consumable items such as oil, salt, pepper, or similar items for our guests health and safety reasons. We kindly ask that you bring any consumables you may need during your stay.

-When you make a reservation with us, you agree to all of the above house policies and rules. To protect the host and guest, we must verify all guests ahead of the stay.
-By confirming the reservation you agree to be bound by our rental terms and services and conditions
-As a part of the verification process, you may be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID
-You maybe asked for your contact information
-You agree that you may be required to undergo a background check if mandated by the property management company or the building, as stated in accordance with your rental agreement and condition of the booking.
