"Overall this was a good stay, rooms were nice and clean and there was plenty of space for 10 adults to stay. However, both ovens failed to heat properly which made cooking a bit of a pain. Check in process was not great, only being able to arrive between 5-6, the owner did not respond to any prior messages. Despite this, the local area was stunning, and the house was fit for purpose and good value considering the price of other locations in the area for a group this size."

"We had a fantastic stay at Caboodles Cottage. It was clean and comfortable, and had all the amenities we needed (having a place to do laundry was very helpful). The cottage is on a quiet lane that is only a few steps from town. If you've never been to Crickhowell, it is definitely worth a visit--it is a beautiful, scenic town with several lovely shops and pubs, and the people are friendly and welcoming. "One of the quietest places we have stayed. All worked as described. 8 or 9 minutes walk from town centre. We only used two bedrooms, but would strongly recommend E.g for a family with a granny."

"Lovely big house and setting for the family, just a couple of things which would have made it 5* could do with a few more chairs in the living room especially if you have 6 adults or teenagers with you. The floorboards upstairs were a little noisy. No electric kettle or toaster. Overall the house was clean and had most things we needed for our family holiday. "
