"A wonderful new hotel in the centre of Cheltenham. The car park is an added bonus. We loved the layout and the ease of check-in and room access. The only thing stopping this being a 5 star review was the club/pub that backs onto the hotel. The music was so loud that the bed was vibrating with the bass. This is something the hotel has no control over and offer a white noise devise and earplugs but for us it made it a difficult night's sleep. "

"Bedrooms lovely but tight around beds. but en-suites quite roomy. So easy for different groups to do different things in the huge barn dinning/kitchen/lounge. Our 4 and 6 aged grand sons loved the space and outdoors games. Trampoline, football, table tennis etc. Google the grinding barn for easy location guidance as 3 of our 4 cars struggled with the given directions."

"Overall it was a very nice stay, the room (Sienna) was luxurious with excellent kitchen facilities a really comfy, big bed and a nice looking terrace (although the rain put paid to using it). It is situated perfectly with great independent eateries and bars within a short walk. Parking is a little difficult and if there were some way of communicating exactly when a space would be free that would be more convenient. The lack of a working freezer compartment was the only other downside although...
