"This hotel is just across the road to the park. Amazing location and they provide the bikes so you can set right out. Room was large and clean but a bit warm even though we lowered the thermostat as much as it would go. Maybe a lighter blanket would have been enough. All in all a great experience. Breakfast was the best! Would stay here again. "

Usually, I ask for a room at the back. Glad I didn’t here. Fantastic sunset. Bantry is a lovely town. We did the Sheep’s Head peninsula this time. We plan to return to the Maritime next year to do Mizen. "

"This is a wonderful property. Service was great, the staff were very helpful. The room was nice-sized and very comfortable. We had a view of the lake with a patio. Upper floors had balconies. The restaurant was lovely, with lake view, and the food was good. There was plenty of parking, but the hotel is spread out, so from our room at one end, it was a small trek to get to the reception/restaurant area. We usually drove over. Overall, this is one of thenicest places I've stayed in."
