Kruno and Jason were without a doubt, the best hospitality staff that I have ever experienced. They're the reason I'll be staying at Muckross on our next visit to Ireland and any visit after that. Those top performers need to be the golden standard in customer service. A service, we will return and I truly hope Kruno and Jason is still there.
