"This hotel is in a great location and our room was very comfortable. Finding the check in desk was very difficult. The building houses a movie theater, multiple shops and restaurants and two hotels. It took us quite some time to find where to check in. Other than that issue, the rest of our stay was very pleasant!"

"Property was very clean and nice, heating and cooling worked wonderfully and the view was impeccable. Only difficulty was my lack of Korean phone number for communication on where to park and which room we were staying so I had to do so through kakao for which my boyfriend had to do the talking as I’m not fluent in Korean. Everything else was wonderful"

"The room does not have floor mats as it is all ceramic so the room is always cold and there is no slipper or chairs furnished to sit on and the bath towel is very small and useless for taking a shower. There is another room with a complete sitting set and floor mats but I was not given that room. "The one we stayed is like a studio. Has big fridge and washing machine (with dryer). Kitchen utensils and electric stove. There is a tablet where you can order food for delivery and price is reasonable. The room we had has a great view of the bridge. The room is with key lock so you don't need the keycard to enter. "Although this hotel was impossible to find on Google maps it is very nice inside. The hotel is connected to another hotel H hotel I believe and they were so much more helpful than mine. "Room booked on Expedia is different from what I was given. Room is nice and clean but the false advertisement is what got me irritated with the service here. 1. "The room by itself was acceptable for that price. Nothing special but good enough to get some rest. But all the shared areas are really dirty. Especially the restroom/shower is in a very bad condition and super dirty (even though it gets cleaned). For half the price it would be acceptable. But it was an experience by itself "
