Overall a great place to stay for a night, the staff were great. The pool was a bit too dirty for my partner and I to get in and the shower being saltwater also was a downside but that is personal preference.

Super friendly staff during the day. However, the night shift totally ignored us when we texted them complaining about the room next door shouting and laughing put loud till 3am. It wasted my night. This is not unsual in hotels, so YMMV.

It was a beautiful spacious suite, with two bedrooms and two baths, a kitchen, and living room. I would come back to the same hotel, The Strabon.

Overall the experience was nice. The surrounding area had a lot of construction going on but we didn’t hear any loud noises when we were there. The staff were some what friendly. The hotel seems to have a plumbing issue.

We really enjoyed our stay in Strabon tulum. Hotel staff were super friendly and helpful. Hotel building and room was exactly like in photos and the whole place was clean and tidy. Very good quality to cost ratio and higly recommended!
