My second time traveling to Tulumn. Radhoo exceeded our expectations. Staff was amazing and attentive. We felt safe and comfortable. Love the air conditioning. The pool was great and we loved that we have access to the beach cavanas via its sister hotel, Encatada. Enjoyed our stay

Remarkable concierge but overall needs improvement
Really cute hut/bungalow in the desirable Tulum Beach. Breakfast was delicious and the staff replied quickly in the chat. Convenient beach access and a very nice pool. My toilet was broken during the entire stay. Staff would try to fix it several times but always it was broken no matter what. The hotel provided ample beach accommodation but once on the beach, you cannot put charges to your room, which is problematic for me, as I am not comfortable carrying money or credit cards when I’m planning to play in the ocean. Also at the pool I was told that I had to pay cash. So I needed to run to the ATM machine and pay the $7.95 fee for withdrawal. The concierge was excellent. They booked me a massage and made me dinner reservations. Housekeeping was inconsistent. Sometimes They would not empty the trash and my breakfast from the morning would sit out on my patio until the evening. I’d have to ask for it to be cleaned up.

Radoo is the perfect spot if you're looking for a quaint jungle getaway experience while still being amongst the best bars and restaurants within a short walkable distance! The rooms are so beautifully designed and are exceptionally cared for. The housekeeping goes above and beyond each day to keep the room neat and cleanly as if you walked in for the first time each day. The daily breakfast included is absolutely delicious with excellent quality food options and their service staff is phenomenal. The best ammenity of this hotel is the large pool dropped right in the middle of the jungle surrounded by lush greenery and plants.But that's not all, as a guest of Radio you also have access to their beachfront sister property, Encantada, just steps across the street! This truly gives you the best of both worlds as the concierge team will reserve a cabana and personally escort you across the street to the Encantada for your day at the beach. We stayed at Radhoo for 4 nights, and it was amazing. The staff, pool, closeness to the beach, cozy jungle vibe, and food were all amazing! The room was a bit on the smaller side, but as we spent most of the day by the pool, it was no issue at all, and it was very comfortable. It was also great that the hotel was on the jungle side, so we didn’t get the noise from the beach clubs (only a tiny bit of music from a nearby restaurant, which we didn’t think about), but we were still close to the beach clubs and walked over there on foot during the day. We communicated with the staff on WhatsApp, which made it incredibly easy to get their help - it almost felt like having a butler. Thank you Radhoo!

AMAAAZING! My husband and I had the best experience at Radhoo. The service was just like no other vacation we have been on. First off the place is absolutely beautiful, and very romantic. The staff was so nice and pleasant. And when I say whatever you may need or want they will provide for you in the most convenient way. It has a sister property right across the street where we were able to spend time beach side. Its like you get two in one, serenity in the jungle and relaxation at the beach. And the food and drinks was amazing as well. We will definitely stay here again!
